At Roosdiono & Partners, we are all about building careers. Working with us is not just about a job. It is about our commitment to pursue continuous
growth for you, our clients and the region we work in. Our network of eight offices in the ten countries of ASEAN plus representative offices in Australia,
opens up ample opportunities for you to develop your areas of practice, be it within Indonesia or in the region.

Law Students

Roosdiono and Partners’ Student Attachment Programme (SAP) offers local and international law students, including undergraduates, the opportunity to be exposed to the intricacies of domestic and international law. This unique programme enables students to gain valuable insight into the workings of the legal environment, and the various aspects of real-life situations. A law student will usually be eligible to apply for the SAP after acquiring 120 credits or more from their law school.

Integrity, proven academic ability, clarity of thought and expression, and the ability to connect with people – these are the principal virtues Roosdiono & Partners seeks in every potential lawyer. To enhance these attributes, the firm employs a training ‘master plan’ to equip our future generation of legal advisors with a pragmatic, useful view of lawful practice. Training includes secondments at our member firms’ offices within the ASEAN region.
